Meet CJ,

Yopp Media Founder

CJ is a photographer and digital content creator with over ten years of experience. His attention to detail and appreciation for art motivates him to capture timeless moments for others.

  • Despite founding YOPP MEDIA in 2017, CJ has been cultivating his visual style since he was a young child. Starting out with his father’s old Nikon D40—and still staying true to the brand like a favorite sports team—his craft continues to evolve and mature.

Outside of YOPP MEDIA, CJ currently works for Quinnipiac University’s Integrated Marketing and Communications office as a digital content specialist and assistant university photographer, playing a major role in the visual aspects of the university’s digital presence.

CJ also provides freelance photography for the Farmington Polo Club, producing match and event coverage, as well as team portraits, digital marketing material, and short-form video for social media reels. His role supports the personification and brand identity of the organization—one of his favorite facets of content creation.

Other freelance work of CJ’s ranges from pet and animal photography, marketing content for local businesses and organizations, and family portrait sessions.

With creativity as his niche, CJ enjoys exploring all realms and fields of photography, refusing to limit himself to one style of art.

In his free time—and remaining space on his hard drive—CJ can be found staging photoshoots for his and his girlfriend’s four cats, who happen to be quite fond of the camera. Some of his non-photographic hobbies including going to the gym, detailing his car, and an occasional golf outing.
